Tibor Baumann *1985 in Nürnberg grew up between Frankonia province and travelling South-East-Asia. Storytelling is the very core of his exploring way since he was a little boy. 

While earning a B.A. in Theatre & Media Studies and Pedagogy (FAU Erlangen), he produced and directed several independent short films and started working as an creative producer / set teamlead, developer and director for commercials and as a dramaturg.

After his B.A. he worked as an assistant director for several years with directors such as Ute Wieland, Max Färberböck, and Nicole Weegmann.

As a writer he worked as a texter and copywriter with brands and artist, while also sharpened his tools with published novels, writing columns, articles and scientific studies like his Master Thesis (graduated with honors 2023 Filmuniversität KONRAD WOLF) or the statistical work with Friedrich Ebert Stiftung and Quote Ost e.V. in 2024. His graduation film EXIT PANGEA (sci-fi, 84 min.) screened at international festivals, received multiple awards, and was released in German cinemas 2025 and on VoD. Since 2023 he teached development and dialogue writing at KONRAD WOLF.

Today Tibor is a vibrant creative and producer in the field of narratives. His unique combination in education and experience makes him a dynamic developer, teamplayer and team lead, both in creative and productional terms. He is experienced in shaping storys for target audiences, worked in the fictional industry as in corporate storytelling.
